I have signed up for virechan as diagnosed by doctor to lose weight and make my digestion stronger. However since a week and half I had terrible heart burn to which I decided to go for virechan, however I'm constantly hungry, I wonder whether it's burning sensation in my stomach or whether I'm actually hungry.
Plus today onwards I started my diet of moong rice and khichdi for all the meals to prepare for medicine and ghee, however by 4 in evening I was extremely bloated, had gas and extremely hungry, to which I again had moong rice which did not solve. I wonder if the bloating is because of moong for all 3 meals?
Your valuable feedback will be appreciated.

May be this was not the right time for virechana. Well, for now take Dhanwanthara tablet/gulika 2 in number along with jeera water. Three hourly. Then take a consultation with me
Having bloated up is due to over use of moong, has to be taken in moderate quantity,
