Brush teeth n mouth with neem+trifala or Umbar leaves powders (Avoid sweet/salty readymade pastes) oil pooling for 20min with coconut oil mixed with camphor. add Pomogrenate, kokam, Awala fruits.

It's oral candidiasis  with opthus ulcers .. Consult any ayurveda physician you wl get benefit definitely avoid self medication

Take a oral hygiene for teeth do tankan and salt gargles twice a day Even do plain water gargles after every oral meal Avoid tea, spicy oily food Eat papaya daily for proper bowel evacuation Consult with me for proper treatment on this platform

This is due to friction between the teeth & mucous membrane of mouth, it can be cured. If your tooth alignment is somewhat forward this happens normally
