I m 38..im facing dizziness pblm 2wice in 2 month..done mri brain was normal ,mri venogram normal butangiogram found it..i hv done all blood test..evrty thing is normal except b12 n iron no bp no sugar no thyroid no cholestol..but still i hv it..i m thinn...does ayurveda has 100% solution of this pblm..can it cure cartoid artery disese.

I hav been belching recently after my food intake, coz of which iam feeling very embarrassing...plz help!

I feel dizzy while walking and long standing. My doctor told that I have orthostatic hypotension. Does orthostatic hypotension cause dizziness and feeling of fainting? Can Yoga and Pranayam cure my dizziness?

Should I take sutsekhar ras sadharan before food or after food? And is zandu good brand for same? And 1 tablet or 2 tablet?

I lied on bed then I suddenly stood up then I feel dizziness all day along . I go to doctor he said you have low bp . How to prevent low bp permanently spaically orthostatic hypotension , a type of low bp?

My mom have right sideparlysis after accident. Now she can walk but not properly. And right hand not move above shoulder. But she has sensation on full right side and pain also. Any Ayurveda and panchkarma effect for her... and how many days treatment required.
