To reduce pitta dosha
I think i have disbalance of pitta dosh, my body is always heated, esepcially stomach hands and feet also have gas and acidity issues, short tempered, heated brain, restlessness also. How can i get rid of these? Plz ensure me some tips, o do yoga not helped much. What is the ebstt hing to jave to reduce my pitta doshas?

It can be controlled by virechan therapy. Under doctor supervision you can undergo this treatment at your home itself.  Till then take triphala churna 1tsp at bedtime with hot water.
