When I go to poop i feel pain in my anus there is a massa also after that I feel problem in sitting and sometimes blood also come with poop

From 4 months I hav black mark near both sides of nose,below the lower lip,itching and burning on these areas..and itching and burning sensation on eye also .I consult dermatologist doctor suggest emusome m for 2 weeks(1week 2times,1week 1 time)applying 2 times skin becomes normal while applying 1 time nose skin areas becomes earlier.again consult doctor they gave 10 days emusome m cream,tarcoz cream  ,6 tablet (1tablet for a week)very burning on skin and eye I cant tolerate.again after 1 month  I go to another doctor she prescribed lotion emusome mfor 10days,tellumus cream  night time for a month.after 10days it becomes clear skin but after 2 days again I have dandruff in both sides of nose,above and below lip very burning to touch or when coocking or wash in water .it is fungal growth.is it  permanently cures in ayurveda.what medicines to take or any home remedy suggest me please.

Hi I have been prescribed by an ayurveda expert H.T. Kot and Tablet Nidrayani and Tablet Abana for my anxiety problem.  I also have hypertension and I am currently taking inderal.la 20 and macsart ch 40. But I think my bp is due to anxiety. Are these medicines suitable for my anxiety or will these lower my BP too much as I am taking allopathy too. I just want medicines for my anxiety. As these have sarpagandha. Please help me with this.
