Dear doctor . I have no mucus no blood or foul smell in the Anus. No pain while stool or no blood. Just a painful Anus area that aggravates sitting on hard surface . Rest no other symptoms. I have history of haemorrhoids and fissure. Please help dear doctors . Thank you so much
