Hello sir I'm suffering from hypothyroidism since 5 months, I tried allopathic treatment but it didn't resolved my problem instead it has worsened my problem and gave me side effects, right now I'm taking kanchanar guggul prescribed by bams doctor and home remedies corriander seed water and walnut oil massage, I want know whether this is enough, will it work, after how many days I'll be able to see results, please help

My son (12 years old) suffers from constipation sometimes. Please suggest an Ayurvedic laxative medicine for him to easy bowel movement and soften the stools when the home remedies are not working and he has not pooped for more than 2 days (triphala, water intake, high fiber food, fruits, exercise etc).
