Generally if I want to eat anything related to ayurveda but I heard that if u eat daily it won't be useful instead eat for some days and don't eat for some days again repeat it .. Can I know how many days shud we eat and not eat ..

Query regarding a medicine

I have been eating G. amrita for reducing uric acid, twice a day after food, as present by my ayurvedic doctor. Since last 2-3 days I am seeing i am getting more foot sweating, i never had that, it started after the medicines only. Is that an expected side effect? Should I continue or stop the medicine?

Sir i haave digestion problem and dr. Recommend me some medicine and he prescribe me two syrup ...one is amlycure ds syrup and second is aptowin,...so my ques is both syrup is for liver ...
