Hi I have been prescribed by an ayurveda expert H.T. Kot and Tablet Nidrayani and Tablet Abana for my anxiety problem.  I also have hypertension and I am currently taking inderal.la 20 and macsart ch 40. But I think my bp is due to anxiety. Are these medicines suitable for my anxiety or will these lower my BP too much as I am taking allopathy too. I just want medicines for my anxiety. As these have sarpagandha. Please help me with this. Hi i am suffering from spondiloarthiritis last week i did panchakarna treatment for 7 day and i am taking tablet bosserra mr 1-0-1 ,chitrakasara 3tp-3tp-3tp and MNJ 1-1-1 i have below query 1. Still i dint see any improvement in pain any reason how many days it will take to reduce pain 2.
