I have a shaky and voice when I feel nervous, I feel weak sometimes. Can I take Brahmi capsules for this. I had been taking anxiety medicine from Homoeopathy few years back I was feeling better again shaking is started.

One doctor told me to avoid eating dry fruits with milk  because it is causing me vomiting . Is it true , dry fruits should be avoid?

Hello sir I'm suffering from hypothyroidism since 5 months, I tried allopathic treatment but it didn't resolved my problem instead it has worsened my problem and gave me side effects, right now I'm taking kanchanar guggul prescribed by bams doctor and home remedies corriander seed water and walnut oil massage, I want know whether this is enough, will it work, after how many days I'll be able to see results, please help

My son (12 years old) suffers from constipation sometimes.
