Hello in summer sometimes after eating fast food or outside food and after some time I feel so much gastric and pain and than I feel frustrated and nervous and feel relax only after emptying the bowel,so tell me exact problem and treatment for it

Hi dear In summer it's a very common problem.it is not only happened when you eat outside.it happens whenever you eat.you should avoid spicy eat simple.if you are taking tea empty stomach(early morning) avoid it.Add curd in your lunch time .eat simple stay healthy.Eat outside once a weak .
