I have two syrup.,. Amlycure and aptowin and doctor said take it after food... So sir plz tell me that how to take these syrup .. Can i take them mix with little warm water or take directly ??? Or take then drink water??? Plz ans sir this is urjent for me

Chyawanprash in Summer

Can Chyawanprash be taken along with curd or buttermilk instead of milk in the morning? If curd should not be combined with it, then taking Chyawanprash with water and having curd or buttermilk afterwards nullify it's heat.
