I have mild hydronephrosis, since injury to stomach in nov 2020 which isn't healing, A doctor advised me drink 10 glass water every day but it increased my pain a lot, so i reduced my water intake and pain has got better and then in September 2021 I started medicine for scabies and tinea and then again my pain increased, I am on allopathy medicine since September for skin problem, skin problem has got better but at a very slow rate and it also increases my pain in kidney but from 2 weeks now whenever I eat medicine, i feel chest pain and a discomfort in breathe, so i think this is a indication that the medicine should be stopped as it's been very long but skin hasn't resolved yet. I also took ayurvedic medicine for mild hydronephrosis and skin disease from a doctor but it didn't provided any relief. Now I wanted to know Can my Mild hydronephrosis and skin diseases  be treated with ayurvedic medicine without any side effects. If yes How?? Please Help

Iam 45 year old lady experiencing perimenopause symptoms of bloating ,belly fat ,gas and acidity which occassionally causes dizziness.I eat very healthy foods,fruit 2 servings,whole grains,enough calcium and vitamin d also. I exercise daily.Yet i experience this .pls if possible can I have some digestion syrup,i mostly have trouble consuming carbohydrates.

Why BAMS doctors practicing allopathy. Do you people have no trust on ayurvedic medicine? I red you people are also fighting a court case to get permission for practicing allopathy. Do you think you people are inferior to modern medicine?? I have seen soo many BAMS doctors working in hospitals practicing modern medicine as a cheap labour so do you think it's unethical. In my place maximum bams doctors practice only modern medicine given injectable high dose antibiotics for just 1 day history of fever. Giving steroids to everyone as if it's a candy. I just want to know why bams are practicing allopathic medicine. I am not against any form of medicine. But if you have studied ayurveda then why not practicing it. Please don't get offended it's just a question.

I have taken 2 rounds of antibiotics already and most probably have cleared the h pylori. Still i want to take extra precaution and go 1 round of natural treatment. Can I take mastic gum capsules 1000g daily? If yes, how long do i need to take it and when should I take it?
