I have allergy from last two year When I take montas-l tablet than relief. But I want permanent treatment of sneezing allergy without any Side effects

I have problem of Gastritis alongwith hypothyroid . My age is 52 . Weight is 70 kgs and height is 5 feet 8 inches . My visceral fat and cholesterol are also on the higher side . I am looking for ayurvedic medication and diet consulting.

Please say me what it is on my upper lip border.. Its been almost 1 and half week.. Not reducing 1 month ago developed chelitis.. Was given quadragel cream and b complex tablets... That time had at angle of lip corner.. Reduced off Now this developed If i am applying quadragel its itching.. What can i do to recude this? Y isnt it reducing.. Have pain and stiffness in upper back and neck Sometimes this pain comes to arms,biceps triceps and wrist.This has been from 3-4 month.working on system or driving bike or car feels the pain in back.muscles tremble sometimes. There is no pain in lower back. Feeling low energy in evening. Done a cervical xray and blood work as per physician. Feeling like muscle is weak or nerve. Taking zerodol th since 5 days. I am pre diabetics patient since last 4months I have tested 3 times after food 190,160,170 and latest HBA1c  report was 6.2 I need best ayurvedic tablets currently I am not using any medicines and I have changed my life sytle and daily walking 20mins. I am suffering from severe depression. Consulted an Ayurvedic doctor and taking these medicines Patanjali Divya medhavati (two tabs twice daily), Ashwagandha (one tab twice daily), Brahmivati (one tab twice daily), Saraswatarishta (4 spoons with equal water twice daily), zonecalm (one tab before sleep), Divya badam Rogan (4 drops in each nostril twice daily). I have been taking  these medicines for past one and half week.  They do seem to work and giving me some relief,  but my question is, will this cause overdose and will there be any side effects in short term or longterm?

What is the line of treatment for sinus headaches and pain in eyes caused by Sinus it is happening very frequently .

My dietician advised me to use triphala powder at night . Can we have it in summers ? Please help regarding this
