Is it good to use lacto calamine cream for oil control and glowing skin and I am using (amla,reetha,sheekhakai,methi) powder to wash hair and for fizzy hair I am using aloevera gel and twice in week oil(amla,meethi,kalonji, coconut)

Fever since 3 days. Temp 100 to 102.8 F doing tepid sponging , giloy satva in water hourly , amritharishta , sudarshana given. Should I wait another day or give paracetemol. Should I see mod med peadtric doc. No other symptom only pyrexia.
