It's bartholin gland cyst / abscess... Kindly consult nearest gynecologist for further management... Needs surgical intervention... Cannot be cured by only oral medicines.

No you can't do that.Go for the openion of Gaynaeclogist.its a small surgical procedure of 10 or 15 mint then you will be fine
