Treatment of ibs
Hi doctor,
I am getting treated for provisional ibs since 2 months and did course of antibiotics , prebiotic and ibs tablets.
Now I am just taking antacids tablet and probiotic tablets and ibset tablet.
Mine symptoms are normal when I am taking tablets but issue comes up when I stop medicine.
I have done cbc , crp , esr , ultrasound abdominal and stool analysis test. All came normally expect crp . Crp is 15.
I have not done colonsocope test yet.
Gastroenteroloiest asking me to do that.
I am scared of this test.
I am thinking to start ayurveda treatment for same. Can I start ayurveda treatment without colonsocope test ??

Yes it is treatable by ayurveda. First of all avoid chilli..second add curd in your daily diet in lunch.third avoid tea.Eat simple at home.drink boiled water.then take Ayurveda treatment
