Hello. I have thoroughly reviewed your chronic digestive complaints and anxiety issues. Your symptoms—alternating stools, severe bloating, nutrient malabsorption (causing leg cramps and fatigue), and premenstrual flare-ups—are heavily pointing toward a state of chronic gut dysbiosis like SIBO (Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth) or severe IBS. Ayurvedic & Clinical Perspective: In Ayurveda, this clinical picture perfectly represents 'Grahani Roga' secondary to severely impaired 'Mandagni' (weak metabolic fire) and 'Vata-Pitta' imbalance. When Agni is weak, undigested food turns into toxic 'Ama' (undigested metabolic waste), leading to malabsorption of vital nutrients (Rasadi Dhatu Kshaya), which causes your leg cramps and profound fatigue. Gut-Brain Axis & Anxiety: The sudden panic attacks and waking up anxious are highly correlated with the Gut-Brain Axis. Severe gut inflammation or SIBO directly compromises neurotransmitter production (like Serotonin) in the enteric nervous system, triggering nervous system hypersensitivity. Answering your specific questions: 1. Regarding Probiotics: Since you suspect SIBO, standard over-the-counter probiotic tablets or heavy fermented foods (like commercial yogurt) can sometimes aggravate symptoms by feeding the bacterial overgrowth in the small intestine. They should be customized only after core gut correction. 2. Current Medications: Mustakarishta is an excellent choice for Grahani, but single formulations might not fully combat a 1.5-year-old deep-rooted Agni Mandya. Detailed, personalized herbs are needed here.
Next Steps
* Recommended Diagnostic Tests: To evaluate this further, we can plan these diagnostic tests:   1. Lactulose Hydrogen Breath Test (for SIBO/IMO assessment).   2. Complete Stool Panel (Stool Microscopic Examination & Culture for Parasites/Ova).   3. Blood Panels: Serum Vitamin B12, Vitamin D3, and Complete Blood Count (CBC). * Dietary Correction: Continue avoiding gluten, dairy, and maida. Strictly stop consuming store-bought heavy yogurt during an active flare-up. * Consult with Me Privately: Since managing a chronic 1.5-year gut condition requires close monitoring and a highly customized plan, you can book a direct, private online consultation with me here on Practo. I will thoroughly evaluate your daily lifestyle and guide you with specific Ayurvedic treatment protocols.
Health Tips
WORD OF CAUTION: * Avoid Self-Medication with Antibiotics/Probiotics: Do not start arbitrary courses of antimicrobials or high-strain probiotics without proper guidance, as this can severely alter your gut flora and worsen the anxiety-gut cycle. * Red Flags: Seek physical medical evaluation if you experience persistent unexplained weight loss, blood in the stools, or a high-grade fever. * Emergency Warning: If your panic attacks lead to severe chest pain, breathlessness, or persistent numbness in extremities, visit the nearest emergency facility immediately to rule out acute systemic issues.

Your digestion is very slow. You need proper deepan pachan medicine along with gut tonic. Only prebiotic tab will not work.
Next Steps
