Suffering from IBS and anxiety! What should i take to cure them both? Please suggest something! Having stomach pain and not emtyping stool sometimes and constipation

take. figs and munakka at bed time. take  panchsakar churns one tsf daily with water at bed time. avoid fatty and spicy diet. try to take cooked food daily in diet.

U better take all cooked food .Avoid spicy oily foods,fastfoods,bakeryfoods,nonveg. Buttermilk,coldmilk,tendercoconut water ,plain water are the best drink adviced. Eating banana at bedtime  relieves anxiety and gives good sleep. Walk,yoga,exercise are the best healthy way to keep urself engaged and healthy. Eat ur food in time.,relaxing way and also concentrate on ur eating.
