Guide me..
Doc, I hv gastritis, gerd(acid reflux), bloating ptblm. I'm under ayurvedic treatment. Doc gave some med and I'm taking since 30days. Problems cured 20% not remakable. Yoga gives me relief too. Bt at morning i take sutsekhar rasa g at empty stomch (suggested by doc)with water then do yoga for 50min. But in bety time o burp a lot and feel throat burn and acid water in mouth. My questions why do I feel acidic at morning. Should I take any food before yoga? Plz guide me.

Better stop yoga for a while. In gastritis u should take little quantity food every 4 hours. Sootashekar ras can be taken. Along with that Gid syp 1tsp three times a day.

In the morning 20 min. before doing yoga take gulkand - 5 gm with water.
Next Steps
Then do yoga until you feel tired.  Stop doing physical exercises when your body doesn't allows you to do it. Gradually increase the time of yoga as your body gains gradual strength. Don't be strictly attached to the time duration of yoga.

Only medicine will not give u proper solution.. U need to follow strict diet and fixed timings for ur meals. Take proper counseling

Yoga or exercise should be done at empthy stomach only I woluld suggest stop doing all the yoga asanasfor few days upto your GERD is completely resolved Rather switch to asana like vajrasana , bhujangasana ,pavanmuktasana , AVOID OTHER ASANAS AND PRANAYAMA , MEDITATION  CAN BE DONE , Walking exercise will help you Practice Vajrasana at morning and after taking any meal ...it will give u great results in GERD Eat according to your appetite Avoid heavy ,fermented foods ,maida ,besan ,fast foods,oily ...curd ,non veg etc   Take 7-8 hrs of sleep at night , day sleeping should be avoided Take proper ayurvedic treatment ...GERD will be completely solved by lifestyle changes ,yoga ,diet ,an ayurvedic medicines Live stress free life ...because stress us most contributing factor to GERD

You ahould leave tea, cofee, All juice etc to come out from situation.
