Heavy period with big clots
I have heavy period with big clots I am on regestrone and ocp from six months but when Period came it again heavy with clots I am 30 years old.this is my MRI scan please tell me what is the solution.

Yur fibroid is negligible, does not need treatmnt now.
The bleeding is not from endometrium.. Yur polyp need resection.. Yu need OT to remove polypectomy.
Continuous bleedin will affect yur Hb and yur physical healthy. Also have signs of PID.
