Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have a mild gap between my two upper front teeth. When I smile, this gap is clearly visible from the right side, which makes my smile look uneven. The gap is not very big, but it is noticeable. I want to close this gap so that my smile looks natural and good. Please let me know if this problem can be fixed with Clear Aligners or Braces.

I want to get rid of these teeth stains I want to make it whiter as it lowers my confidence in front of people, it has become an insecurity for me . And no i DON'T EAT GUTKHA OR PAN OR ANYTHING ELSE . But I drink tea in the evening It was whiter but from last month it has become like this I don't know what to do PLEASE SUGGEST HOME REMEDY OR IF I VISIT DENTIST THAN WHAT SHOULD I ASK HIM TO DO SO IT BECAUSE CRYSTAL WHITE LIKE A NEW BORN

My one permanent teeth doesn't grow in last 10 years after temporary teeth removal is their any chance that my permanent teeth will grow I have consulted with one dentist he advised me for dental implants can anyone also Tell the cost of dental implants for that one teeth.

Hi sir l have been using zirconia crown on my second molar after root canal and scaling but l can clearly understand that the crown is taller in height than my need and it is continuously rubbing against the upper tooth,I can't chew with the right side where the crown has been placed,not only that I am experiencing sensitivity and ocassional pain in that treated tooth,is it normal after 2 days of crown placement? And another question is can the crown be reshaped or shaved according to my need?Is it possible to lessen it's height? Or it has to be taken out?

My son is 5 years old He had cavities on multiple teeth,dentist done SDF...After Sdf he had mouth recurrent mouth ulcer...is there any allergy from SDF or any other issue...

I have noticed this white patch in my inner cheek. It is smooth, soft and when I press, it is filled with blood again. This is the same spot where I had undergone laser surgery twice. First it was mild dyplesia; second it was oral lichen planus in the year 2022. Should I go for the biopsy once again. Please suggest a further treatment plan. Should I visit an oncologist, dentist, ENT specialist?

I have done composite filling in my wisdom tooth but dentist didnt remove the whole carries some remains(as he said more drilling can expose the nerve) and then he did composite filling on it and told carries will progress may be but nothing to do...now my question is if my seal is tight and intact then how remaining carries can progress as bacteria cant get nutrients and oxygen from outside??? Will it progress without food supply or they will inactive?
