Tooth and Mouth Problems

I hve gone through my wisdom tooth extraction 20 days back Still I m having numbness around lower lip n jaw and tongue biting and started from the day 1 of extraction I m very worried it will go or not Day by day it is getting worse

These are my tooth X ray for the affected tooth.I am 18 years old. Looking on the x ray, is anything other than rct possible like partial pulpotomy.l dont have constant pain. Pain comes while chewing and sometimes it doesnt.Is it possible to save my nerve in the teeth.Currently I dont have any pain for 2 days. What are my options other than rct if there are any?

Hello doctor .. My daughter is 4 year old she had cavity issue in her 8 teeth when she was 1.5 years ( 4 front teeth and 2 upper teeth back side, 2 lower back side teeth) Doctor suggested me pulpectomy which was done 2 year back but one lower teeth at back side got boil. So it was treated multiple times because that same teeth got boil multiple times. so now daughter suggesting me to remove her teeth . What should I do as she again had a boil and pain.

I just want to if there is any problem if some of the gums attached to our teeth is gone and will it affect the treatment?

My daughter is 5 years old . She is having a pain in her side tooth for few days. But there is no sign of cavity. All teeth are clear no spot but still she is having pain can't understand the problem. Can you suggest something please. Thank you

I have a little overjet teeth but by different dimension it looks like ugli. But for treatment there is no space between them. teeths are closely aligned without any overlapping. Is treatment possible without any tooth removal.

After dental filling pain gradually worsen & after a week i feel sharp pain during chewing food or cold water. Sometime pain persist few hours & subside after pain killer.Then i went to my dentist again & he gives some antibiotics & painkiller for infection. My question: is infection after filling solved using antibiotics ? & Why i get infection after dental filling?
