Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have developed this painful red rash on the lateral side of the tongue from yesterday. It is painful and especially when I eat spicy food. What might be this ? What should be the treatment plan ? Any advice ?

Well I do know that it's scientifically unapproved that mewing actually reshape jawline but I still have some queries regarding it like , How to properly mew? Does it really cause side effects like overbite or gum recession? Can it really reshape jawline? Can mewing harm my oral cavity , gums or teeth alignment? Please answer

I wanted to provide my complete dental history and seek your guidance regarding my oral health. 1.Smoking History: I was a chain smoker until April 2022, then quit, but occasionally smoked. My last instance was 15 days ago. 2.Oral Health Condition: Diagnosed with oral keratosis at 37/38 about 6–7 months ago (Was having cheek bite coz of molars for 2/3 years and got it removed 8 months back)My last check-up showed an increase in keratosis which was decreased before , likely due to occasional smoking. My mouth opening remains 3 fingers wide, and I experience occasional sharp pain on cheeks and on teeth but no other major functional issues. (From last 10 days taking 4/5 hours sleeep and overthinking a lot for my health) 3.Current Treatment: Taking Lycored, Tycovit, dentist asked to use Kenacort gel again there and i started using alum gargle What should other things i should do to increase the recovery of it ? Is improper sleep a reason of increase in it?

Yellow colour patch with brown border near wisdom teeth on left cheek, it's very painful if we eat or drink any thing, unable to swallow, please help me with this

I m having these 3dots from 40days it is painless and sometimes it is sensitive applied lexanon and tess for 15 days and tab bifilac and atoz also.it is not going

I ve applied lexanon and tess for 10 days but they are not going tab a to z and bifilac also I ve taken .

There is a white Patch on the inner cheek, near wisdom teeth, while there is no pain, but when eating and drinking it's a pinching kind of pain, please help to get relief from it.
