Tooth and Mouth Problems

I recently had terrible toothache, upon visiting the dentist I got to know that there is cavity in the second last tooth and the last tooth is wisdom tooth and it is misaligned.. i have got the root canal done, and now the dentist insists on getting the wisdom tooth extracted.. wanted to get a second opinion if it's really required?

Kids age of 3.4 years was having teeth pain and inflammation on the right upper big teeth. He was advised to do Root Canal, as he won't support they said they will be doing General anaesthesia after checking all the necessary points. Is this okay to go for general Anesthesia at this point? Any side effects? Please suggest

I am undergoing orthodontic treatment from 1.5 yrs. I have noticed my face has sunken in. My cheeks and under eyes, temples of the face have become hollow. I had 4 extractions. My face has become a lot less fuller than it was before. It's taking a toll on my mental health. Please guide me if it's irreversible.

I am going through a dental procedure where I am going to have zirconia crowns on my front teeths. I had two canines in  the upper front side. My doctor suggested me to go with an option of smile designing where the upper canines would be been removed post root canal treatment. Now zirconia crowns are going to be placed on my front teeths. I am curious to know if I can have a normal food life that I used to have before. Earlier I never had any dental problems. Now I am worried whether I can do normal biting and chewing like earlier after zirconia crowns treatment. Whether I will be able to have hot and cold food and drinks without having any sensation. Or is it ok to bite? I had laser treatment by the way for the RCT and zirconia crowns treatment. I just want to have a normal tension free life afterwards. Also, what is zirconia warranty and what to do after warranty time is over? Do we need to replace the tooth after warranty time even if they are healthy and in good condition?

My gum is getting white from the corner and it's hurting too much. Pain is spreading to the throat and ear.

I am undergoing dental treatment (Re RCT) from past 9 days for failed RCT causing gum abcess. Earlier during treatment i was prescribed Amoxyclav 325mg for 5days with preiotic followed by limcee. Now i am prescribed Tedizolid phosphate for 6 days with prebiotic, followed by regular dental sitting for Re-RCT. I am skeptical whether the medication is safe during breastfeeding a 2year old. Kindly guide. Thank you

Hello Dr, i have a doubt regarding braces. I have an unerupted tooth which is hidden and i have to bring it to its original position. When coming across different types of braces, I happened upon invisible braces(aligners) which are said to be better than self ligating braces. I want to know if it is possible to use these for my teeth or only self ligating braces is possible for my condition?

Half Tooth broke while eating dinner ( 2nd last tooth bottom right side) no pain, I see some black texture on broken tooth. The sharp point of broken tooth brushes against the tongue and causing irritation.

My teeth have been stained and receding gum also happened what should I do with my teeth implant or something else and what is the cost of implant

I went to a dentist due to  an issue of tooth hypersensitivity. My particular tooth didn't react abnormaly to stimuli like hot cold or surgery food but only took little attention while bitting down hard solid food in a particular position.my dentist detect it as cavity and treated with composite filling. After that filling adjustment is done due to bitting issue. But ti is now 3 days passed but i feel pain & sensitivity during chewing food in that position. My question is how does long it sustain? & Why my pain sensitivity increases after filling?
