Tooth and Mouth Problems

My braces treatment is about to get over which included 4 premolar extractions. My orthodontist did not take any x-rays or tests and straight up suggested for extraction after 5 to 6 months of treatment as according to him my teeths were protruded and there was no gap to move my teeths. I feel like it was not necessary in my case but my he just went for it. My main concern right now is that my palate looks narrow(around 30mm IMW) and feel a little disturbed as my tongue constantly touch my teeths. Please suggest me what can I do in such case except asking my current ortho as he is reluctant to help.

2days ago I got tongue bite. Then it's became red and also swelling is there. I consulted a dentist he gave me Rexidin m forte gel but after applying it my tongue is becoming more red. After two days also it's not recovering. What to do I am very scared. He also gave me zincovit tab and vitamin a capsule. I am also washing my mouth with warm water with salt.

Idk what is happening to my 2 lower teeth, what is this please help me. How can I get it treated. There is no pain. What to do further (picture attached)

My teeth are uneven and because of that one teeth on the left side above my lips has become loose and uneven shaped can you suggest me the treatment for it apart from braces?

Hey I am 30yr girl,I have problem with my teeth like when I laugh I have to cover  my mouth . I am little confused like what should I go for braces or aligners to make my laugh pretty.

I do exercises and also treatment of braces running can I have protein supplements for muscles build up and could it effect the movement of teeth or not

Too much pain in lower jaw teeth ... if anything touches in that teeth it starts paining ...nd its paining from. 3-4 days ... take keterol -dt 2-3 times ... plz help
