Tooth and Mouth Problems

Suddenly I've started to get toothache and jaw pain which becomes extreme in every 20 mins and then subsided marginally. Also accompanied by a severe headache. All of this on my left side. Please help , this has never happened before

Can aligners straighten this teeth if I don't want ceramic braces. how much time it will take to straighten it approximately and what can be the estimated cost for it but first of all can aligners or invasalign straighten this teeth without pushing it inwarda

I have an tooth abscess as you can see in the picture, I have been taking antibiotics now for 2 days and yesterday and today I've been cutting them into half because they were too big. I didn't know I couldn't do that and now I'm scared that my abscess will spread because my antibiotics won't work anymore, my next appointment is tomorrow can I just take them normally again and everything will be okay or did I do a big mistake? I'm really scared, I don't know if the abscess is really big as well.
