Tooth and Mouth Problems

A couple of months ago a small piece of one of the backside tooth on the right broke automatically. Now for the past 1 week the leftover part is moving and paining a lot causing high inconvenience throughout the day. It aggravates while sleeping and becomes next to unbearable. I'm unable to chew anything from the right side of my mouth and there's slight sensitivity on that side. Please suggest medication for pain relief

Hi, I went to Government Dental College for Dental implant for last molar teeth(not wisdom), where they initially didn't tell that students will do the implant until the 1st surgery day itself. And I've shared the xray of implant after 5 months from the day 1st surgery of implant was done, here abutment is also placed now. Now after everything is done, they are telling that spacing is very less for Zirconia crown (which they initially said it will fit), and telling to go for metal crown, and also keep trimming my teeth above (which was RCT zirconia crown, which they already removed) They are putting both up and down metal crowns (bottom is implant and above is RCT treated), but I wanted zirconia. Now seeing these xrays, I feel like they have made big error in screw placement and this is causing spacing issue, but they are not admitting their mistake. Anyone please help me here with your opinion. Should I trust those MDS students? Thank you

I have TMJ Disorder with jaw popping, jaw deviation and occasional pain. I need to get a few dental fillings. But I cannot keep my mouth open for long and too much degree of mouth opening worsens my TMJ Disorder. I cannot open my mouth too much. Hence I am scared to get the fillings done. Will local anaesthesia be helpful in numbing the jaw and helping with mouth opening? Will it prevent TMJ from worsening? I know that the dentist will give breaks in between but that is still not enough for me. Please suggest any way to get fillings done without worsening TMJ.

The main problem is frequent mouth ulcers. It's been a month. No problem in digestion. Bowl movement is fine. Currently using Dologel - CT and used Anabel CT earlier. First time on tooth gum ulcer formed
