I have a big ulcer(chala) on my tongue. Like 1.5 CMS long and in a rentangular shape. Getting very difficult for me to eat anything. ALSO, I have started feeling bad breathe issue since 3-4 months .

I kissed  lip to lip a person a year ago. I checked hsv 1 n 2are negative all my test are negative. Will I get oral hpv n oral gonorrhea. I have mouth ulcer n burning lips, swelling inside cheeks. Lightly. I don't do gonorrhea test n hov test. I did not have sex only lip to lip kiss. Please guide me
