Can I take taxim 200 twice a day? Or should it be once a day. Please advise. I was advised but I forgot what the doctor said about the frequency.

After dental filling pain gradually worsen & after a week i feel sharp pain during chewing food or cold water. Sometime pain persist few hours & subside after pain killer.Then i went to my dentist again & he gives some antibiotics & painkiller for infection. My question: is infection after filling solved using antibiotics ? & Why i get infection after dental filling?
