Tooth and Mouth Problems

My son having toothache and every day brush done but yet his teeth not showing white. Kindly suggest

My face is asymmetrical from one side.Can bracing fix my facial asymmetry and swelling gum under lip? Please reply.

I am a 15 year old male. I have been noticing that my right side of face (bones around the eyes,cheekbones,zygomatic bone, maxilla) are not getting developed while my left side of face is continuously growing forward while the right side looks very  flat and sunken . Its getting worse day by day . It started from November 2024 . Is it a case of plagiocephaly ? It was developing properly before that . Which speciality  of doctor should visit for that ?

I have my extraction tomorrow. Upper and lower molar both on the left side of the cheek. But i am scared if cutting the bone and taking out this teeth will cause any nerve damage. I am planning to get married next year, don't want any risk. Attaching the opg, doctor also didn't mention about cbct. Please guide me

Is there any concern with the mouth or it is normal mouth no treatment is required regarding this

Hello, My 5 year son had cavity which after filling led to gum abscess.So we did root canal (placing cap is pending). becoz of gum gum abscess not healing even after 1 week of antibiotics.what to do ?

I have decay tooth in lower jaw since 3 days I have a tooth ache from that tooth . It's difficult to chew food as it pain a lot . I took some painkiller I got relief temporarily but the pain starts again in night

Hello Dr. I have attached picture of OPG of the right side of my job where I can see a wisdom tooth is erupting and the dentist I visited told me there is a nerve passing through it. I have pain in my right job. When I try to tilt it ahead, other than that the pain is not present while eating or any such activities only when I focus more on. It and there is slight pain on the jawbone. I am attaching the picture. Please reply. Could this be radiating because of the wisdom tooth arrivingthe pain has been happening to me since around five months and the first time I noticed this visit to coming was five or four years ago, please reply and help me respected Dr. I have marked the area on my face with my fingers where I feel the pain. Please reply respected Dr I am very scared and I have anxiety. Please help me as to why it is paining. The pain is only present when I try to make abnormal job movements and it doesn't pain at all while eating or anything.

Can I brush with baking soda to whiten the teeth or to remove plague,if yes then how many days in a week??

I have a small painless bump on roof of my mouth since nearly 2 years now. It has remained the same in size. Is there a reason to worry. Iam just scared.
