Tooth and Mouth Problems

My molar no-37 has some gap adjacent to the next tooth post my last crown! I got it changed an year back zirconia, the crown seem to be well settled but food lodgement is still there! The gums hurt there, but i try to keep it clean with flossing! There seems to be a minute bone loss in xray too! My question is: does that gum pain radiate to nearby areas? I realise whenever the pain arises, i tend go clench my cheeks on that side and that results in oral mucosa soreness, redness and roughness! It heals and then again the same issues! Dentist's recommended me a curritage to deep clean the gums, but how would that solve a permanent issue? Food lodgement will still be there once i eat anything? The gums start hurting again ? What should i be doing? Curritage or change in crown?

What's that white thing on my teeth I have seen this in my other 2 teeth also. Can anyone tell what is it?

I m having 3tiny white dots max5mm in size in lower gums near 1st molar.i m applying dologel ct and kenacort gel from 1mnth and tab smfibro from 10days.but the dots are not going and are painless sometime sensitive.

Is it safe to. Take out the wisdom tooth on the left side, upper and lower molar both. It has been getting infected again and again and creating trouble for me. I am scared if any nerve damage will be there. Please help me out. I wanna get it done but scared. See the OPG attached

I had braces when I was around 15-16 yrs old . At that time the doctor mentioned that i may need to remove my 4 teeth  to help the teeth move more inside but I refused . I don't remember having wisdom tooth at that age . However I am 22 now and I plan on getting braces again as my teeth have come more front . This dentist is suggesting to remove the 4 wisdom tooth as it's exerting pressure . Is it enough or do I need to get more teeth removed

Basically I'm 19 male , I have slightly tilted chin to left  basically asymmetric chin that is not so much but can be seen in pics if looked intently , i have been mewing for a while , could it be possible that improper mewing caused this , or maybe I'm looking more intently than before even so I want to correct it and also please give guidance on How to mew properly cause I've heard that mewing can help despite no scientific proof of it but still give me advice and teach me proper way to mew with avoiding any backlashes and asymmetric facial muscles and chin

Hi, Few months ago i had undergone my wisdom tooth extraction after few days i started to feel tingling sensation in my tongue but its almost 6 months now and the sensation has not completely subsided even if i eat hot food the side where the sensation is feels more hot than the other but with cold food its not the same. Any suggestion or advice as to what next steps can i do to make the healing process faster
