Hello dr, im hvng pain in corner of my lower 3rd molar tooth , seeing infection around it and food lodgment around it since 7-8 days ...yesterday i have done  opg done that im attaching kindly hv a look and advice shall we need to extract the tooth ...

I had tooth sensitivity and swelling in the right side of lower jaw around the lymph nodes. I underwent a root canal yesterday after my dentist told me about the tooth infection that also was a likely cause of this swelling . He asked me to start the antibiotics course for 5 days and it's been couple of days since I started.during the root canal treatment  yesterday, the dentist administered a strong fluid that led to a sharp shooting pain on my lymph node . The dentist asked me to take keterol DT which I took . There was some reduction in the pain. When I got up in the morning today, the area around the jaw swelling felt stiff. The dentist had told me yesterday that it will take a day to feel better. I am meeting him again after two days and there are subsequent sittings.I wasn't sure how much time will it take for the swelling to come down

Hi Dr, can you please recommend what options i have for the broken front tooth? Do i need to to get root canal for some teeth?

My left molar tooth was completely decayed and only root is left there. Usually I don't feel any feel there. But from 3-4 days I noticed a soft swelling there. When I press it with my tongue then it hurts. I've visited doctor 7-8 months ago she suggested that I pull out the root. And then implement a tooth or fix a bridge. I don't want to implement a bridge. Is there any other option??
