Tooth and Mouth Problems

I had cavity problem and it gradually spread to gums and turned into dental abcess and swollen gums. It continued for 8-9 months and gradually my tooth broke into half. It was next to wisdom teeth. After that the swelling in the gums reduced. Now i take care of my teeth with regular cleaning after food. Still there is a very tiny and negligible swelling still present. Bit it does not cause any pain or abcess. Is it a cause of concern? What should i do ?

How often need to replace dental cap. Also is it required to do RCT again? Approximate cost of cap alone please

I've a front teeth gap and regarding this I went to a dentist today. He suggested I should opt out for braces if I want a permanent solution but if I am not comfortable with the cost and other disadvantages of wearing braces I may get a filler as well. Now he said there's no guarantee with fillers it may stay for a while or may not be fruitful for a long period of time. What should I do? Are fillers that uncertain? I don't wanna put that much money in wearing braces as of now so I want a temporary long lasting solution kindly advice.

So I have been noticing Linea alba in my mouth not very prominent but yes it's there for 2-3 months now. Also due to a major cavity in my right second molar teeth the Linea alba is little big in cheek area which touches the same. I'm general sceptical about health and have a history of smoking for 2 years which I have reduced now and hence asking. I did check offline dentist some time back and she did physical examination and said it's due to the teeth touching the cheek and it's normal but still if I can fix it somehow? Also she has recommended some treatment for the cavity which I will do in few weeks. Please help info on Linea alba and if it's serious and how to fix it. Thank you dear doctor you are the best:)

I am having pain in my front teeth. I have show it to the doctor and he said its a infection and I had to go through RCT procedure. Please look into the xray and let me know shall I go for a second opinion or do I need to go through the procedure?

I found a black spot in my tongue.I don't know how that appears, but what I experienced I started feeling pain in that area ,I have added the picture for your reference,Is it something serious?

Got treated in molar with single sitting rct..but I am very much anxious and depressed coz I wanted to keep my original tooth and bite entact and heal the cavity naturally. But dentist opened the tooth after scaling and said it will go in rct. Infection was less as I was having pain only once there. I read the dentist's comment that where infection is less they do single day rct. But if infection cant we go any other natural process? Not after rct I am depressed like hell as will I be able to eat normally or even chapatis fruits everything I love like used to do before or not. As now i can't even bite or chew anything hard even chapati from that tooth...it feels like rubber is being pressed inside and I cant normally force my bite properly. I am very much depressed ...please suggest!
