Hello, I suggest you get an x-ray which is OPG. Get a proper diagnosis done first try to understand why the jaw is hurting then your dentist will advise you for any treatment or medicines. It's not a serious issue but don't leave it like that only, get the proper treatment done.
Next Steps
get an x-ray done.
Health Tips
Don't chew hard food on the side which is hurting.

Nothing to worry about, sometimes jaw pain, ear pain, headache all can be related to wisdom also, so I would suggest you to visit a nearby dentist to rule out the possibilities and I would suggest to take a full mouth xray also

Hello Do not worry it might be jaw pain that is radiating to head and ear. Please get an x-ray called OPG to diagnose.

Don't worry, jaw pain can often radiate to the head and ear, making it a bit complex to diagnose without further investigation. To determine the underlying cause, I recommend getting an X-ray or OPG (Orthopantomogram) taken. This will provide a clearer picture of the issue. Once the dentist reviews the X-ray, they can develop an effective treatment plan accordingly.

The jaw pain can radiate to head and ear. The reason can be found out after a clinical examination and OPG xray An opinion from prosthodontist,  oral medicine or oral pain specialist can be useful. It is not about being serious but to be careful that the problem does not aggravate further.
