Which toothpaste to use for better dental health. There is some pain in front 2 teeth and is a bit sensitive to food and drink. This problem is there for the last 5 days.

I recently had an rct for a lower molar tooth, after first couple of sittings there was a bit of pain so dentist had to remove the filling and re clean it, got the capping done after 1 week when pain completely subsided , the doctor cleaned the roots before filling and fitting the crown. Now it feels quite heavy, the upper and lower tooth touch with pain and pain (dentist filed the upper tooth as well to make the cap fit well)while eating, on pressure it pains and the gum below rct tooth also pains on touch and feels uncomfortable. Should i get the capping done removed ?

I am 30 years old.. I already have 32 teeth. From last three days I am feeling a lot of pain as if my wisdom tooth is about to erupt which would be my 33rd tooth.. its very painful.. is it normal? Anything needs to be done?
