It could be a single tooth or multiple teeth.
If it’s single tooth most likely it will need a root canal first. Then bleaching or veneer or a crown.
If it’s multiple teeth veneer or crown .

I can't without seeing to the teeth, but Generally say that veneers for anterior teeth indicated based on type occlusion, masticatory force , teeth alignment , if this things are ok, we will go for veneers other-wise veneers will not retained for longer periods
