Tooth and Mouth Problems

Hi Doc I did my Root canal in May'24, Oct'24 the cap came off and repasted. Now Dec'24 it seems a corner portion broken. I have attached the pic. I have opted for tooth coloured metal  cap. Doc said it will have a bit metal visibility and to ignore. But now followed by these issues. Please guide me. Back wisdom tooth.

What will be the cost of teeth implementation in this clinic  since i want to implant  my teeth which has been pain full for days

Hi there, I am honestly looking for guidance from you experts as I am a person with severe anxiety and panic for even a slightest of hurt. I had a Wisdom Tooth extraction 7 days ago by a maxillofacial & oral surgeon with about 15 years expertise, and even after the day of extraction I have numbness on my lower chin, lip and my lower gum and teeth, however I can taste food normally and move my lower lip, chin and teeth. I have been given B12 vitamins and re nerve tabs two days ago and the surgeon says I should be alright in a months time but l am really scared as l have seen so many videos and posts stating that people never got their senses back. And where do I go to see the extent of my nerve damage? Will I be cured at all ? Also I am unable to open my jaw can only Upto one and half fingers. And also there is slight ooze of blood coming out from end of gums at the second molar while trying to speak or open my mouth for a while. Stitches have been removed. No pain Thanks

Hello Doctor, My wisdom tooth extraction was done on 17/12/2024 and now much of the swelling has now been decreased but still between jaw and chick a small hard swelling paining along with inner ear pain. Kindly guide , almost like 2 weeks passed and still not recovered fully.

My Right lower wisdom tooth was extracted 13 days back. It was a complex surgery as the tooth was way impacted. It was horizontal and took them around 2 hours to take it out. (pictures included) Got my stitches removed 3 days back. Had pain in the area and it's not getting better. I don't see much swelling or any taste change. It's just paining. The dentist mentioned it's healing well. And to keep the area clean. I'm following the instructions. I can see some white like substance in the extraction area. Can't see it clearly as it's a little deep. Other than that nothing is visible. Had to take painkillers today. What should I do? Should I consult another dentist? Or the pain is normal and will go away?

I have tingling in my under teeth and gum i recently meet one doctor he cleaned my teeth he said that js your problem but problem not cured

Do I need to get retainers from the same brand, or are they included in the treatment? Additionally, how long should I wear the retainer? By the 11th set, I noticed that 90% of my problem was resolved, which is impressive progress.
