Hi, This could be due to recurrent chronic irritation caused by the wisdom tooth friction against the cheek. The redness indicates inflammation which is most likely caused by the positioning of the tooth that may be hindering a proper hygiene maintenance and even constantly hitting over the cheeks. If this is the cause then Removal of the wisdom tooth is the best way to opt for.
