Inflamed papillae and enlarged tongue
Enlarged tongue with white corners and burning across the corners. It has been there for 3 months. Have consulted doctors. They have prescribed folvite, dexorange, macalvit, becosule. Taking all of it, but it is not going away completely. Some days it gets better but it hasn't disappeared yet. Slight burning is there perpetually. It is okay in the morning but gets bad in the evening.

White patches and burning sensation could indicate a fungal infection. Antifungal treatment may be required. Or it could be Allergic Reaction or Irritation from Certain foods or habits (like smoking). You have to modify your diet and if you have smoking or tobacco chewing habit, you have to Quit. Share pictures for better understanding
