Hi, how can you say that they are enlarged. Did you compared their size from an earlier date? They are normally bigger in size as compared to other papillae found on tongue. Normally a person can't see his / her own circumvallate papillae unless tongue is extremely protruded. So, may be you must have seen them all of a sudden and you are anxious about it. Are there any symptoms?
As long it is normal, NO treatment is required. Take care
Enlarged papillae (or hypertrophy) could be signs of some nutritional deficiencies and improper hydration.
Make sure you have balanced diet rich in vitamins and essential minerals, or else top up using capsules.
Hydrate yourself with 2-3 Ltrs of water daily.
Enlarged papillae are usually harmless.
