I have my small tongue enlarged. I dont know the reason. the size increased by overnight.Please help

Your description is not able to convey the message about your symptoms properly. What small tongue are you talking about???? Please post the clinical picture of the affected area if possible for us to provide a more rational opinion. Otherwise the most prudent step would be to visit dentist for a proper clinical evaluation. Regards
