I have tingling in my under teeth and gum i recently meet one doctor he cleaned my teeth he said that js your problem but problem not cured

I am currently undergoing Invisalign treatment for very mild tooth issues. I have received 14 sets of aligners, which I need to change every 10 days, and the treatment will last no more than 5 months. I would like to know what the post-treatment care involves. Do I need to get retainers from the same brand, or are they included in the treatment? Additionally, how long should I wear the retainer? By the 11th set, I noticed that 90% of my problem was resolved, which is impressive progress.

Hello sir/mam, I want to know how much invisible teeth aligners cost? How long I have to use it ? Can it be done at home only or should I visit hospital only? And does teeth aligner gives permanent solution for teeth gap ?

Hi, my one of the lower tooth from behind is missing from last 15 years. No issues till now But due to worm its adjacent tooth needed RCT which is done. Now I am confused for capping part. Does capping needs to be done only for RCT tooth as till now I dint face any distortion issue because of missing tooth and for how long it can go or it needs to be done in all 3 teeth. Please please guide I have taken consultation from many doctors everyone has different approach.

From yesterday, I m feeling one type of sensation ( like the sensation when tongue tastes very hot liquid or food) in my tongue( one side of the front). What do I do ?? I don't taste any hot food or liquid

My wife having black colour in tounge for the last 3-4 years..no pain or no discomfort..we consulted with a dentist 4-5 months back and he said nothing to worry.and gave anti oxidants, Now she is pregnant we feel that the colour change is spreading so I attaching her tounge picture first one is recent and second one is taken in 2021.. She is having no health issues Only mild pcod What is this is is this pigmentation?? Or something serious? How to manage It? Tensed because it is spreading slowly

I have undergone the wisdom tooth extract almost 3 months back but after the extraction when the anaesthesia effect and swelling reduced i started feeling the tingling sensation in my tongue on the right side. The tingling sensation is still there and even without realisation the tongue is trying to twist itself as it feels coming in between my teeth Is this common for the tongue to feel the sensation and the twisting?

My 36 &37 molar teeth was root canaled before 4 months... unfortunately 36molar was removed due to the failure of root canal treatment...and now 37 molar is infected again as I didn't place the cap... today I went to the doctor and he suggested to remove...but I don't want to remove...is there any possibility to save my teeth
