Hi,
I have bump inside my left cheek.its movable and smooth no pain ,no redness.have checked with dentist they told it's a cheek biting.pls suggest is it point of concern since it's never go away it's of same size and texture from long time.Attaching pic

Based on what I see on the picture,there is no sign of any pathology. It's most probably part of Linea alba or opening of the parotid gland duct both of them are normal
