Sudden black dot inside of cheek
When I was brushing my teeth earlier tonight I noticed a black dot in the inside of my cheek. I'm freaking out that it might be cancer!! I'm 24 years old and have been neglectful as of late when it's come to brushing my teeth on a daily basis. Maybe it's just an infection? I don't know what to think
