Sir, Pics attached of the black spot inside cheeks near left molar tooth. Saw them today.I am very much worried. Is it serious? What treatment to take? Please help

This is just pigmentation due to excess melanin production due to cheek biting . Nothing to worry .Just get a routine dental examination done to check traumatic bite.

That's due to sharp edges of teeth creating wound .visit a dentist for further examination. If it's due to cheek bite dentist will smooth off any rough edges creating wound
