Black spot inside mouth

Asked for Male, 17 Years

There is a black spot on my inside cheek since yesterday. It is not painful but it's freaking me out. I'm scared if it is cancer. And i want to know the cause of this.

First of all relax . Every black spot is not a cancer . Do you have any habit? Are your gums brownish? The black spot can also be hyper pigmentation like our skin tanns . Similarly there can be hyperpigmented spots on cheek mucosa . Do visit a dentist .
