I'm having a black spot on both side of the cheeks inside my mouth. Its is basically at end of jaw line. At my cheeks wall exactly on both the sides. What is it?

The only opinion that can be given at this point with the given information is that these are areas of melanosis which can occur due to multiple reasons.
A detailed history about your habits such as tobacco usage aur history of medication needs to be looked into. There is an area of chronic inflammation around the impacted wisdom tooth on the left side and that can also present with melanosis. Presence or absence of symptoms in that area will also make a difference towards the diagnosis.
Roughly speaking, no intervention is required as of now and only observation needs to be done.
If there is change in the size or shape of this dark area, an evaluation by an oral pathologist would be required.
