Hi, I observed few small dots on both sides of inner cheek (buccal mucosa), on my husband, 29 years male. I have attached images of same, may I know what is the reason of it

Nothing to worry. it's completely normal. They are normally present in mouth along the molar teeth. They are opening of small glands present in the oral cavity. They are known as fordyce spots.
