The lesion is located exactly in the region where teeth meet .Even a small cusp, filling edge, or crowding can repeatedly traumatize the cheek. To resolve this you can
1.Avoid chewing on that side for a few days.
2.Smooth any sharp tooth edges (dentist can do minor enameloplasty)
3.Warm saline mouth rinses 2–3× daily
4.Avoid spicy/very hot food
5.Do not keep checking or biting
