To proceed with the treatment, I recommend getting an X-ray and a full-mouth orthopantomogram (OPG) done first. This will allow us to assess the position of the nerve and the tooth's anatomy. Once we have this information, we can plan and proceed with the safe removal of the tooth or impaction. Let's schedule the X-ray and OPG, and then we can discuss the next steps.
