Please visit a dental clinic as the dentist will give u clear idea what treatment has to be undertaken. It might be root canal treatment  extraction or implant  depending on severity of tooth decay. Without initiating treatment the pain cannot be reduced. Do not take medicines without prescriptions.

Please visit your dentist. The dentist will probably examine your teeth and advise you to get an XRay. There might be a potential infection that requires treatment and may not be treated with painkillers alone.

I recommend visiting a dentist for an X-ray to facilitate a proper diagnosis and determine the final treatment plan. In the meantime, antibiotics and painkillers may be prescribed to manage the symptoms. However, relying solely on painkillers is not advisable, as it can have negative effects on your overall health. A thorough diagnosis and appropriate treatment are essential to resolving the issue effectively.

Needs to be checked clinically as pain killers will not help if the infection is severe. It may need a parallel treatment along with medicines. The reason  of pain has  to be checked.
