Root canal therapy also known as pulpotony in kids can be done. Better to go for it. As the x ray suggests deep caries. All three teeth will go for pulpotomy.
Based on the X-ray you've shared, it appears that a filling may be necessary. However, after conducting a thorough clinical examination and further diagnosis, if it's determined that the nerve is involved, a root canal treatment (RCT) might be indicated.
Given that this is a milk tooth that needs to be preserved, I recommend consulting a pediatric dentist (pedodontist) for a more detailed evaluation and to develop an appropriate treatment plan. They will be able to provide personalized guidance and care.
According to the x ray shared the tooth will need a filling to be done. The tooth may need root canal treatment if the nerve is involved which can be evaluated during clinical examination or caries removal.
That tooth is a milk molar. The tooth needs to be saved till the permanent tooth below it erupts, usually till age of 10-11 years of age
