Right side gum pain
Due to more allopathic tables consumed in number, I have got ulcers in the right side of the inside mouth gum portion.

Stop taking allopathic medication and report to the respected doctor. It seems to be a topical ulcer. Avoid spicy food. You can use medications like metrohexi gel or mucopain gel 3 times a day. Don't worry about it will heal within 3-4 days
