Pain From teeth & Gum after RCT
Dear Doctors, I have pain from my  gums and pain around all nerves near check and near ear and swallowing for 4 days. I have done RCT 3 years back. Please no the needful help immediately. I taken Zerodol-SP twice a daily. Please suggest any another tablet that can remove my pain swallowing completely.

Hello. Would recommend visit dental clinic for X-ray, Then we get to know that swelling or pain is because of infection or something else.. without knowing the cause,can't give you the medication..

You should revisit the dentist and take radiograph ruled out the other causes.in case of pain in after RCT due to some remnants will be there in pulp portion or abscess is there before RCT or accesory canlas are present or obturation beyond apex. Don't take self medication,you should visit dentist for further management

The pain that you are having needs to be assessed physically before prescribing any medicine. You may visit a dentist soon and meanwhile you can go for warm water rinse with a pinch of salt in it. It will soothen .
